Who are Lodge Security?
Lodge Security is part of the Lodge Service Group which is a family business that has been operating for 105 years. We are a Loss Prevention business and we operate throughout the UK, Western Europe and in South Africa. Our main focus is to provide our customers with a range of intelligent security solutions for optimum protection of people, property, business operations and a demonstrable return on investment.
When the SIA started in 2006 Lodge Security were one of the first businesses to be audited to the Approved Contractor Scheme ACS we are now in the top 5% of Security Companies in the UK. We are also ranked in the UK’s top 30 security companies by size.
What is TUPE?
You will hear the term “TUPE” come up regularly over the next couple of weeks this means the Transfer of Undertaking for the Protection of Employment which translates to when a contract changes all the individuals working on that contract are invited to remain working on that same contract with the same terms and conditions but with a new employer – Lodge Security. This partnership will not affect your employment however as part of the TUPE process you will be invited to attend consultation meetings if you wish and hopefully come and join us.
